The Czech Republic’s largest artificial intelligence festival, AI Days, is back!
From 2 to 15 November 2026, the Liberec Region will once again take part in AI Days, the largest artificial intelligence festival in the Czech Republic. The fifth edition, subtitled ‘Tested on People’, is being held under the patronage of the President of the Czech Republic, Petr Pavel, and will feature 17 events in Liberec focusing on the practical applications of AI, new technologies and digital innovation. The national organiser of the festival is the Czech National AI Platform (CNAIP), whose founding members include the organisation prg.ai. Regional coordination is once again being handled by our Liberec Region Regional Development Agency, which is involved in preparing the programme alongside the Technical University of Liberec and the iQLANDIA science centre.
Visitors can look forward to inspiring lectures, practical training sessions, interactive workshops and technological experiments. At iQLANDIA, the robotic dog HafiQ will be on display; children and parents will be able to try out the AI playground; and older people will discover ways to use artificial intelligence in their everyday lives. The Technical University of Liberec will offer an insight into AI research and development, demonstrations of chatbots and digital experiments.
EDIH Northeast Bohemia (EDIH NEB) is also actively involved in the programme through the Regional Development Agency. As part of the festival, we are organising a practical training session entitled ‘From AI Assistant to First Agent’, aimed at entrepreneurs and companies with up to 3,000 employees. Participants will learn how to create their own AI assistants and agents and use them to tackle specific work tasks.
Come and discover the world of AI! The festival is aimed at companies, entrepreneurs, students, teachers, senior citizens and the general public. It offers a unique opportunity to experience AI first-hand, gain new skills and discover its potential in business and everyday life. Most events are free of charge, though prior registration is required for some.
